As we move into a new year, I want to take a moment to say thank you to every client and customer who has chosen to work with Hodgson Environmental throughout 2025. Without the trust our clients place in us, we simply wouldn’t have a business, and that trust is something we never take for granted.

2025 has been a significant year for us. It’s been the year Hodgson Environmental truly went national, supporting large commercial clients across multiple sites and consistently delivering against both client KPIs and our internal standards. It’s also been a year where our teams have continued to operate in line with our values and the identity and DNA of the wider Hodgson Group.

One of the most rewarding parts of the year has been seeing our teams out on site, working with a clear understanding of each client’s requirements, a defined plan of action, and a genuine commitment to doing the job properly. That consistency in approach, understanding the site, the expectations, and the outcome required, is something we place huge importance on and is central to how we work with our clients.

Throughout 2025, we’ve worked with clients across the UK, many of whom continue with us into 2026. We value close working relationships and long-term partnerships, and we’re genuinely appreciative of the confidence clients place in us to support their sites, often repeatedly and across multiple locations.

Another important milestone this year has been the evolution of our job management and CRM systems. While we’ve always had systems in place, the implementation of a new platform during 2025 has further strengthened how we operate, improving visibility, communication, and our ability to adapt to each client’s specific and often bespoke requirements. This has been a key step in supporting our continued growth and consistency.

We’ve seen some very strong momentum in our domestic drainage offering during the latter part of the year. While still developing the domestic side, this area of the business has grown well, performed in line with expectations, and in places exceeded them, giving us real confidence moving forward into 2026.

As we close out the year, we do so with appreciation, confidence, and a clear sense of direction. We’ll continue to evolve, continue to learn, and remain committed to our mission, building a business where people are proud to work and one that clients can depend on, year after year.
